Logging meals in TrackPro is a very simple process.


Logging calories allows you to create your personalized fitness profile over time.


As long as you have logged at least one meal or intake, TrackPro will automatically generate a logged intake every 24 hours, if you have not logged an intake within the last 24 hours.


To log meals (calorie intakes):

  1. Click on the log-intake-button.
  2. Enter the number of calories you want to log (the total calories of your meal).
  3. Click “Log”.


After you follow these steps, you will see your logged intakes appear on the left side of the Track main panel. Each logged intake gives information on how many calories were consumed, the consequent weight change, the updated current weight, and the date and time of the logged intake.
